- YES 3,811 (56.3%)
- NO 2,958 (43.7%)[1]
This measure sought to renew the expiring levy in the district which is set at a rate of $.17 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further six years in order to continue to help pay for operational and maintenance costs of the district.[2]

Will the North Whidbey Park and Recreation District be authorized to impose regular property tax levies, to follow an expiring levy, of seventeen cents ($0.17) or less per thousand dollars of assessed valuation for each of six consecutive years commencing in 2011, for collection in the years 2012 through 2017, to pay a portion of the District’s operating and maintenance expenses, all as provided in District Resolution 11-01?[3] |
