Whit Graves
Whit Graves ran for judge on the 26th Judicial District in 2012.
2012 election
Graves advanced from the election on November 6, winning 31.18% of the vote. He was defeated by Mike Nerren in the runoff election on December 8, receiving 46.5% of the vote.[1][2] [3]

Education
Graves received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University-Shreveport and his J.D. from Louisiana State University Law School.[4]
Career
Prior to attending law school, Graves served as a Louisiana State Police Trooper and investigator. Once he received his law degree, Graves became a prosecuting attorney for Bossier and Webster parishes. In 1990, he went into private practice.[5]
