A Whiteside County Electrical Aggregation proposition was approved on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Whiteside County, which is in Illinois.
This measure authorized the County of Whiteside to arrange for the electricity supply to its residents and small businesses in unincorporated portions of the county, who do not opt out of the program.[1]
