Wilbur Pell
Wilbur Frank Pell, Jr. (1915-2000) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.[1]
Pell was nominated by President Richard Nixon on January 23, 1970, to a seat vacated by John Hastings; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 23, 1970, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on July 31, 1984, and served in that capacity until his death on September 25, 2000.[1]
