Will Davis (Maryland)
Will Davis is a judge on Maryland's Second Circuit in Cecil County. He was appointed by Republican Governor Larry Hogan on July 8, 2016, to succeed Judge V. Michael Whelan.[1]
Biography
Davis received a bachelor's degree from Morehouse College and a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. His professional experience includes working as an attorney in private practice and as an adjunct professor at the Legal Education Institute for the Delaware Law School (Widener University).[1]
