Will Ferson was a candidate for by district representative on the Lewisville Independent School District board of trustees in Texas. The general election was held on May 7, 2016. Ferson was defeated in the general election.[1]

Place 3 incumbent Angie Cox was the sole candidate to file for the seat. In the race for Place 4, incumbent Kris Vaughn opted not to seek re-election and newcomers Fairooz Adams and Katherine Sells faced each other in the election. Place 5 incumbent Brenda Latham also opted to run leaving candidates Will Ferson, Allison Lassahn, and Jenny Proznik to vie for the position.[2] Sells defeated Adams in the Place 4 race while Proznik defeated Ferson and Lassahn in the race for Place 5. Cox won her unopposed re-election bid in Place 3.[3]
