Campaign website

Shiflett’s campaign website stated the following:

Building a Brighter Future in Education

Will is passionate about creating an education system that equips all students for success, regardless of background. His vision goes beyond revamping the system – it's about providing every student with the opportunities they need, whether they're aiming for college, a trade, or direct entry into the workforce.

Will believes in empowering teachers, not dictating their methods. His focus is on providing educators with the resources and support they need to excel, fostering a climate where teachers can thrive.

Strong parent-school partnerships are essential for student success. Will prioritizes open communication and clear protocols for addressing concerns. His goal is to build trust and collaboration between families and educators, creating a truly supportive educational environment.

By focusing on these three pillars – empowered students, enabled teachers, and engaged parents – Will believes we can build an education system that truly serves the needs of every child. With Will, positive change for Utah's education system isn't just a dream, it's a tangible goal within reach. [2]
