William Bliss Hawkins is a judge for the Johnson County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He also has jurisdiction in the Johnson County Juvenile Court. He is based out of Mountain City.[1] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on August 31, 2022.[2]
