William Broaddus III
William Broaddus III (Democratic Party) (also known as Sam) ran for election to the Baltimore City Council to represent District 4 in Maryland. Broaddus lost in the Democratic primary on June 2, 2020.
Broaddus was a candidate for District 4 of the Baltimore City Council. Broaddus was defeated in the general election on November 8, 2016.
