William C. Kellough was the presiding district court judge for the 14th District Court in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.[1] He was elected to the court in 2006, taking office in January 2007.[2] He was defeated in his bid for re-election in 2014, and stepped down when his term expired on January 11, 2015.[3]

General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 47.9 percent of the vote. He competed against Caroline Wall. [3]

Kellough was re-elected to the district court after running unopposed.[4]

Kellough received his B.A. in the humanities and his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1972 and 1975, respectively.[2]
