William Chapman is a judge for the Twentieth Judicial District of Mississippi.[1] He was appointed by Governor Ronnie Musgrove on July 3, 2001.[2][3] He was re-elected after running unopposed on November 4, 2014, for a term that begins in 2015 and will expire in 2018.[4][5]

Education

Chapman earned an undergraduate degree from the University of California in 1978, going on to receive his J.D. from Mississippi College in 1981.[2]

Career

Chapman has also worked as an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Daniel, Coker, Horton & Bell, P.A. and the Madison/Rankin County District Attorney's Office.[2]
