William Chapman Goodwin
William Chapman Goodwin is a former district court judge for the 25th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in May 2012 and assumed office on June 2, 2012.[2][3] Goodwin retired from the court in 2017.[4]
Biography
Goodwin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[5] Prior to joining the court, Goodwin was a partner at the law firm of Vellines, Cobbs, Goodwin & Glass in Staunton, Virginia.[3]
