William Chip Mackrides was elected to the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Delaware County, Pennsylvania on November 5, 2013 for a term expiring in 2023.
2013 election
Mackrides ran for election to the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
Primary: He received 39.1 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Democrat, but lost that primary with 15.6% of the vote.
General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 27 percent of the vote. Richard M. Cappelli, Steven Chanenson and Nancy A. Walker were also on the ballot, competing for two open seats.
Education
Mackrides earned his B.S. in accounting from Villanova University in 1975 and his J.D. from Loyola University of Law in 1979.[5]
Career
Mackrides is the principal of the law firm of Mackrides Associates.[5]
