William D. Cramer, Jr.

William D. Cramer, Jr. was the presiding judge on the Harney and Grant County Circuit Courts in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction over Harney and Grant counties and is located within the 24th Judicial District.[1][2][3] He retired on December 31, 2019.[4]

Cramer ran for re-election to the Oregon Circuit Court, 24th Judicial District. He was elected without opposition in the primary on May 20, 2014.[1][3]
Education
Cramer earned his A.B. in American history from Harvard College in 1978. He received his J.D. from the University of Oregon Law School in 1981.[5]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, Cramer was an attorney and partner with the firm Cramer and Pinkerton from 1981 until 1996.[5]
