William D. Smith was the judge of the 84th District Court in Texas.[1] He began serving in 1993 and was re-elected on November 6, 2012.[2] His term expired in 2016.[3]
Education
Smith received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. degree from Texas Tech University.[4]

Smith was re-elected without opposition to the 84th District Court.[2]
