William Davis Lawley
William Davis Lawley (Republican Party) ran for election for judge of the Jefferson County District Court Place 3 in Alabama. He lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Lawley was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Jefferson County District Court in Alabama.[1] He previously ran for election to this court in 2012, but was unsuccessful.
Biography
Lawley received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. from Washington University School of Law. He also graduated from the National Judicial College. Lawley has served as a special circuit judge for the drug court, an assistant district attorney and an assistant attorney general in the child welfare division.[2]
