William Dwyer is a former New Hampshire Treasurer. He was appointed in 2014 by Gov. Maggie Hassan when the previous treasurer, Catherine Provencher, resigned her post. Dwyer was appointed to serve the remainder of Provencher's term until the newly-elected members of the legislature met in December 2014 to organize state government.[1] He was then elected to a full term.[2] Dwyer resigned on March 25, 2020.[3]

Dwyer was appointed on March 12, 2014, by Governor Maggie Hassan. Dwyer was appointed to serve the remainder of resigned treasurer Provencher's term.[1] He was then elected to a full term, which began on January 7, 2015.[2] Dwyer resigned before the end of his term on March 25, 2020.[3]

Dwyer was appointed on March 12, 2014, by Governor Maggie Hassan. The Executive Council confirmed the nomination on March 26, and Dwyer was sworn in on March 28, 2014.[1] He was subsequently elected by the state legislature on December 3, 2014 to serve a full, two-year term, beginning on January 7, 2015.[2]
