Education

Duffin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1987.[2]

Duffin started his career as a law clerk for Justice K. David Harris of the Iowa Supreme Court. He then joined Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., where he spent his career until being appointed as a federal magistrate judge.[3]
