William E. Mitchell was a family court judge for the Crittenden, Union and Webster Counties Family Court of the Fifth Circuit, serving Crittenden, Webster, and Union counties of Kentucky. He retired at the end of his term on January 4, 2015.

Education

Mitchell received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky.
