William E. Mitchell was a family court judge for the Crittenden, Union and Webster Counties Family Court of the Fifth Circuit, serving Crittenden, Webster, and Union counties of Kentucky.[1] He retired at the end of his term on January 4, 2015.[2]
Education
Mitchell received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky.[3]
