William E. Phillips, II (Republican Party) is a judge of the 3rd Judicial District Circuit Court in Tennessee. He assumed office on October 12, 2021. His current term ends in 2030.

Prior to his appointment to the bench, Phillips was an attorney at Phillips & Hale in Rogersville, Tennessee for 19 years.[1]
