William E. Weikert was a circuit court judge for the Dubois County Circuit Court in Dubois County, Indiana. He was elected to the court in 1996 and retired from the bench at the end of his last term on December 31, 2014.[1] Weikert currently serves as a senior judge, effective January 1, 2015.[2] Senior judges must be re-certified every year.[3]

Weikert earned his undergraduate from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington.[4]

In 2008, Weikert was re-elected to the circuit court of Dubois County, Indiana. He ran unopposed in both the Democratic primary and the general election.[5]
