William F. Hickey, Jr. is a former referee trial judge on the Stamford/Norwalk District Superior Court in Connecticut. [1] Hickey died on July 21, 2016.[2]

Hickey earned his undergraduate degree from Manhattan College and his J.D. from Fordham University.[3] He previously served as interim mayor of Stamford for three months and state senator for five terms.[2]
