William F. Morgan is a senior judge of Warren-Forest County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Morgan was elected to the court in 2001. He retired in January of 2010 and became a senior judge.[2]

Education

Morgan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.[3]
