William Fagerman is the chief judge of the 28th Circuit Court and 84th District Court in Michigan (serving the counties of Missaukee and Wexford). He was appointed to the circuit court by former Governor Jennifer Granholm on April 30, 2007, to replace former Judge Charles Corwin.[1] He was elected in November 2008 to a six-year term.[2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020.[3]

Education

Fagerman received his bachelor's degree from Michigan Technological University and his J.D. from Wayne State University.[1]

Career

Fagerman worked as a private practice attorney and a prosecuting attorney in Wexford County prior to his appointment to the circuit court in 2007.[1]
