William Foulk was an at-large member of the Milpitas Unified Board of Education in California. He was first elected to the board in 1990.[1] Folk lost his bid for re-election in the general election on November 4, 2014.

The election in Milpitas Unified featured three seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. There was no primary election.

Incumbents Danny Lau and William Foulk ran for re-election against the following six challengers: Russ Bargstadt, Vance Vuong, David Freeman, Demetress Morris, Robert Nunez and Chris Norwood. Lau won his bid for re-election, but Foulk came in fourth. Norwood and Nunez won election to the board.
