C. William Foust was a judge for the Dane County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] He was appointed to the court in 1997 by Gov. Tommy Thompson and elected in 1998.[2] Foust was re-elected in 2004 and most recently 2010 for a term that expired in 2016.[2][3]

Education

Foust earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1974, and his J.D. from the same school in 1978.[2]
