William J. Frank (b. February 4, 1960) is a former Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 42 from 2003 to 2015. Frank did not seek re-election in 2014.

Frank served as Chief Deputy Minority Whip from 2005 to 2013.

Biography

Frank's professional experience includes working as a Development and Marketing Consultant with the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager of the Public Affairs Division of Allfirst Bank, and Vice President of Marketing with the Maryland Credit Union League.

On November 7, 2006, William Frank ran for District 42 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the third of three seats, losing to Susan Aumann and Stephen Lafferty but beating Dilip Paliath, Tracy Miller, and Andrew Belt.[2]
