William C. Frey (1919-1979) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Frey was nominated by President Richard Nixon on October 7, 1970, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on November 25, 1970, and received commission on December 1, 1970. He served the District of Arizona until his death on February 16, 1979. Frey was succeeded in this position by Richard Bilby.
