William G. Clouse Jr. is a circuit court judge for the 25th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Clark and Madison counties of Kentucky.[1] He was elected to the court in 2008 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[2][3][4] Clouse's current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[5]

Education

Glouse received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.[6]

Career

Before he became a circuit court judge, Clouse served as a district court judge for the 25th District Court for fourteen years. He has also previously served as a county attorney for Madison County, as a state senator for the Kentucky State Senate, as a public defender, and worked as an attorney in private practice.[2]
