William G. Hamby, Jr.

William G. Hamby, Jr. is the chief district court judge for the 19A Judicial District, which presides over Cabarrus County of North Carolina. He was elected to the court in 1993 and appointed chief district court judge in 1998.[1] He was re-elected to the 19A Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[2][3]
