William Garrard
William Garrard (May 10, 1940 - November 28, 2022) was a Republican member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 56 from 2001 to 2013. Garrard previously was a Commissioner in Klamath County.
Garrard died on November 28, 2022.[1]
Biography
Garrard attended Carnegie Business School. His professional experience included working as a station manager, sales manager, and radio announcer.[2]

Garrard won re-election to the 4th District seat in 2010. He defeated Karl Scronce in the primary election, receiving 5,109 votes while Scronce received 2,848. Garrard was unchallenged in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[3]
