William H. Singletary is a judge for the 5th Chancery District (Seat 4) of Mississippi. He was first elected to the position in 1994.[1][2] He was re-elected after running unopposed on November 4, 2014, for a term that begins in 2015 and will expire in 2018.[3][4]
