William Harper

William Harper is an at-large member of the School District 54 Board of Education in Illinois. He was first appointed to the board in 2001.[1]

Biography
Harper lives in Schaumburg.[1] He works as a realtor and has served on the PTA for 12 years. He has also coached youth baseball, basketball and bowling. Harper and his wife have three children, two sons and a daughter.[4]
