William Hayes Pope (1870-1916) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

He was nominated by President William Howard Taft on January 22, 1912. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 20, 1912, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 13, 1916.[1] Pope was succeeded in this position by Colin Neblett.
