William Healy
William Healy (1881-1962) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 8, 1937 to a seat created by 50 Stat. 64. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 15th, and received commission on June 21st. On November 30, 1958, he assumed senior status. He served in this capacity until his death on March 15, 1962.[1]
