“	Health Care: Obamacare: The affordable care act is a good idea that has been highly flawed in implementation. I will introduce a modification consisting of a single base plan covering everyone including the most economically disadvantaged as a fixed income tax payment by all taxpayers. This was the original intent of Obamacare but many States refused to implement exchanges and enrollment is complex. People with means may obtain additional benefits through private enterprise as is currently the case. CO2 Induced Climate Change: Climate Warming and sea level rise are due to global burning of fossil fuels. Obama cap and trade policies are, in my judgement, inadequate to prevent catastrophic sea level rise. I believe the solution is to make biofuels and alternative energy sources economically viable by direct taxes on fossil fuels at the wellhead including tariffs. This will allow the marketplace to substantially reduce CO2 emissions. The World will follow our lead Foreign Policy: Syria: ISIS was created by the Bush-Cheney Iraq war fiasco. Russia and the US are aligned closely whether we like it or not. We need to stop insisting that Assad go, focus on ISIS, and insist that Turkey not attack the Kurds. This is a humanitarian crisis; not a religious war. Every year ISIS murders more Muslims than non Muslims. Foreign Policy: Eastern Europe: In office I will work to mitigate the Obama/Clinton provocative and confrontational Eastern European Nato deployments. They are equivalent to Russian deployments in Mexico. Perhaps move them to Alaska where they can’t start a war. I would continue to encourage Nato cultural activities such as Nato Advanced Study Institutes historically attended by Russian scientists.	”
