William J. Clarkson was an associate circuit court judge for the 36th Circuit Court in Missouri. He served as a judge for the court from 1982 until his retirement from the bench in December 2014.[1][2]
Education
Clarkson received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the Louisiana State University.[3]
