William J. Manfredi

William J. Manfredi was a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Manfredi was first elected in 1983. He was retained in 1993 and 2003 to a term expired in 2013.[2]
Education
Manfredi earned both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.[3]
