William Johnson Graham
William Johnson Graham (1872-1937) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Customs Appeals, which became the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals during the time of his service thereon.
Federal judicial service
Graham was nominated to the Court of Customs Appeals by President Coolidge. He was confirmed on May 29, 1924. He served as presiding judge from 1924 until his death on November 10, 1937.[1]
