Joseph is married to Misoule Pierre Gilles and have three children raised and originated in the district, two daughters and one son. A graduate of Oxford Academy and a licensed professional in investigations and as a fugitive agent, Joseph has a strong business background, having successfully owned and operated multiple businesses in the district.

The core responsibility for someone elected to this office is to represent and serve their constituents by engaging in three main functions: legislation., constituent service, and oversight.
The relationship between governor and it's legislature is a dynamic and often contentious system of shared power and checks and balances.

Yes, it is indeed difficult when listening to our constituents grievances every single year regarding the way politicians practice politics, merely grabbing their vote and neglecting them , who frequently spend.
Yes, the legislature should both grant and oversee to use of emergency powers to prevent potential abuse of power by the executive branch.
