Joseph is married to Misoule Pierre Gilles and have three children raised and originated in the district, two daughters and one son. A graduate of Oxford Academy and a licensed professional in investigations and as a fugitive agent, Joseph has a strong business background, having successfully owned and operated multiple businesses in the district.
