William Kelly (New York)
William A. Kelly is a judge for the Rockland County Supreme Court in New York. He joined the court in 2006, and he served until his term expired in 2016.[1][2]
Kelly was an independent candidate running for governor of Illinois in the 2018 election.
Education
Kelly earned his B.S. from Fordham University in 1962. He received his J.D. from the Brooklyn School of Law in 1966.[1][3]
