The recall effort was organized by a group of 15 Milford residents led by Mike Johnson. The group cited recent decisions by the Milford Board of Selectmen, including the non-renewal of Police Chief Thomas O’Loughlin’s contract, a lack of transparency, and a September 2018 car crash involving Kingkade.[1]
