William L. Edmonds was a judge serving on recall service for the United States bankruptcy court, Northern District of Iowa.[1] He was succeeded as chief judge by Paul J. Kilburg on August 18, 1999.[2]
Education
Judge Edmonds received an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and a J.D. from the University of Iowa.[3]
