William M. Domingo

William M. Domingo is a judge for the O`ahu First Circuit District Court of Hawaii.[1] He was appointed to the court in March 2015 by Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald of the Hawaii Supreme Court to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of former Judge Leslie Ann Hayashi.[2][3] Domingo's appointment was confirmed by the Hawaii State Senate on April 21, 2015.[2][4]
Education
Domingo received his J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii in 1985.[2]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment, Domingo maintained his own private law practice, the Law Office of William M. Domingo. He also previously served as an assistant federal public defender for the District of Hawaii, as a public defender for the State of Hawaii, and as a deputy assistant attorney general.[2]
