I am believe that all individuals are entitled to equal rights and decisions are best made close to home. I participate in helping the President of corona Mr. Ruben Peña in his idea of bringing a new plaza park to corona. I supported the president of flowers Festival to celebrate each summer, in Queens. I am a member to stop the BID in Queens that in protects all our small business, home owners and tenants. I am always ready to defend people rights.
"MY COMMITMENT IS FOR MY COMMUNITY, TO SERVE AND DEFEND THEIR RIGHTS"

Landlord and Tenants

The middle and low class struggle and cannot afford to pay rent and feed their families.

My commitment with our District and New York State. Leaders to review the landlord and tenants law and regulations to bring a families security rent and feed their families.

Small Business

Many law and regulations oversee small businesses and it is difficult to stay in business. We have to incentive local business and what regulations the small business has and protect them.

MTA

We have to stop cuts on bus lines to put neighborhoods and subways in our communities in New York City.

One of my main point of view is my community, I compare it as an orphan without any elected official to represent them. This is the moment in take the decision in bring to our District an official that will bring new ideas and have the compromise to serve them. To defend their rights and the most important listen their needs.
