William Marsh Robertson is a family court judge for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly on February 3, 2010.[2][3] He was re-elected in February 2019.[4]

Education

Robertson received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1988.[2]

Career

Before his election to the court, Robertson worked as an attorney in private practice, specializing in the area of family law. He worked first, with the firm of Lewis, Lide, Bruce and Potts, PA, then with his father at Robertson & Robertson, PA, and most recently with the firm of Robertson & Hodges, LLC.[2]
