William Michael Monroe was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed to the court in April 1996 by Governor Pete Wilson, and retired on June 1, 2015.[1][2]
Military service
Monroe served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and as a member of the Judge Advocates Corps.[1]
Education
Monroe received his undergraduate degree from Iona College in 1956 and his J.D. from Loyola University Law School in 1963.[1]
