William Morgan (Minnesota)
William Morgan (b. November 8, 1966) was a Democratic-Farmer-Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He represented District 40A from 2006 to 2010. He was defeated in the 2010 general election.
Morgan works as a Science Teacher/Assistant Volleyball and Tennis Coach at Burnsville High School. He earned his M.A. in education from St. Mary's University - Minnesota, and B.A. in Physics from Carleton College.
Morgan serves as Chief Negotiator for the Burnsville Education Association, and as a member of the District Science Curriculum Review Committee. He is married and has one child.[1]

Morgan ran for re-election to the District 40A seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Pam Myhra (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]

On November 4, 2008, William Morgan won election to the District 40A Seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives, defeating Todd Johnson. [3]
