William W. Morrow (1843-1929) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Judicial career

Ninth Circuit

Morrow was nominated by President William McKinley on May 18, 1897. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 20, 1897, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on July 24, 1929.[1]

Northern District of California

Morrow received a recess appointment from President Benjamin Harrison on August 11, 1891 and was nominated on December 10th. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 11, 1892, and received commission that same day. He served on this court until June 1, 1897.[1] Morrow was succeeded in this position by John Jefferson DeHaven.
