William O. Mays, Jr.
William O. Mays, Jr. is a former judge of the Eighth Circuit of Illinois. He joined the court in 2004.[1] Mays retired on January 15, 2016.[2]
Education
Mays received his undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University in 1975 and his J.D. degree from the John Marshall Law School in 1981.[1]
Career
Mays was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1981. He joined the circuit court in 2004.[3]
